    In this position I have taught various courses within the School of Informatics, Department of Information and Library Science inlcuding, Systems Anlysis & Design, Organizational Informatics and an XML Workshop.     My work in the Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity centers on analysis, comparison, and presentation of demographic data. I Interpret, analyze, and draw conclusions from both internal and external data sources, monitor university initiatives, research current legal issues, and identify topics and trends in higher education to formulate both confidential internal and public university reports. These include compensation analysis, multi-institution profile comparisons, and official federal reports. Much of this data is highly confidential and protected.
